2. What's the Minimum Order Quantity? 
We do not have the MOQ, different colors/sizes/designs could be combined.

3. How often do you add new outfits?
We have a special concept, every week its added seven different outfits, can be for party, for job, can be elegant, or sporty…depends… and you can choose this outfit and buy the whole perfect match outfit only buy one click. Our goal is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to our customers as fast as we can. We widely select the fashion products to satisfy our all customer.

4. How is your size, do you carry special sizes?

Many of our products are one size (free size-suitable more for XS, S, M) suitable for everyone, but also we have special sizes, there're XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL sizes. Usually there're details on sizes for each style in the descriptions. Free size usually means size XS; S, M. Please see detail in Size Chart its present here, also please check up correctly your size before you order after this

5. Usually how much weight for each item?
Usually gross weight of summer wear is 0.25~0.5kg per item, and 0.4~0.9kg per piece for jeans; 0.3~0.8kg per item for Spring/Autumn wear; 0.7~1.1kg for winter jacket/coat, or shoes.



1 . Do you have any minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order, you can choose any products from our website.

2.     How can I place an order?

You may fallow the order procedure:

Search the items you want by keywords or categories. Search field it's in the middle of the page up.  You can search an item by item name, item keywords, item description, or product code.

If you want to buy this item, Click "Add to Cart" for the products you want to order, then Click “Cart” and you will be redirected to shopping cart listing page, here you can see all the items you want to order, press “Next”  

If you are registered place your username and password, confirm all other information’s c confirm order information and shipping address needed and press “Next”

Select the shipping method and press “Next”

 Select the payment method. After you confirm all the information you will be redirected directly to payment link.

 Please click "I confirm my order" for next step.

After all this can go back to your account.

If you don’t have an account to our website press “Next” and then you will be redirected to registration page, were you can create a new account.

You can order through "Add to cart" and you can order through "Book it", it’s the same procedure. After you click you can pay for both method "Add in cart" or Book it. Only difference is that for" Book it", represents products which are not in stock, in this moment specific, but  it will be restock very soon. And it will be shipped to you between 2-20 days. Usually we send the package in three days for book it, because we restock to every three weeks.

3.    How can I view my orders placed before?

You can do the following steps:
A, Login in.
B, Click Order history on the left navigation bar.
C, Click the order number to view the order you placed before.


4. How can I change my order?
If you have already submitted the order, just contact us  at to change it. Our customer service will do it for you.

5. If I have submitted my orders, can I still add items to it?
You can contact our customer service to add the new item to your previous order. Then you could arrange the payment after we adjust the total amount of money of your order(s).You will receive a link with a payment request from Paypal, for the difference of the money and you can pay it directly only by click on this link.

6. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my placed order after payment?

1A (Replacement) If you placed already the order, and through a special situation we don’t have the product in stock (this can happened very rarely only in special cases) we will contact you for the out-of-stock items in 1-2 days after payment received, and you can make replacement with another product and we'll recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your balance account for later use. If you want, we can also refund to your Paypal, Moneybooker, or your credit card account, the difference of the amount.  

1B (Shipment later) Or you can option for shipping the product when it’s in stock, because we restock to every three weeks.

1C (Refund out of stock items) If you don’t want the out of stock items anymore (one or more items) and you want us to return the money, please write us an email at We will refund you the money for the canceled products. The refund will be done in the currency you placed the order. As Gloria Agostina operates in CHF, the CHF Amount of the original order is the Base for the refund. Exchange rate is all the time based on a daily basis and chosen by the refund method regarding your Payment Service Providers Paypal, Moneybookers or Bankwire.

If the product if out of stock you can also you choose your size and press ”Book it”. Through this procedure you book the specific item, and we will ship it to you with a previous announce before, when it will be in stock, and ship it to you. Please red more on Terms and conditions policy. – “Out of stock items”.

7. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment?
Yes, you can contact us before payment, through e-mail Usually 99 % of the products they are already in stock. We’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock. But as you know, our stock status is changing every hour, so could be possible to same sizes not be in stock anymore. 

8. What should I do when fail to place order?
A. Use other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email at together with your username on our site, or with your and also your full shipping address and phone number.  We’ll place the order for you and then let you know. We don’t send the package without customer phone number and complete address.


9. How my package will look like?

Our wrapping system it’s very sophisticated and good quality manufacture. It’s arrived in white quality cartoon box, and has a special fashion sticker with our label on the box. Inside has a special wrapping tissue paper with a special organza bow. So that’s why our items are very suitable for a gift… because they have a very special wrapping system. We all the time want to satisfy our clients, and we pay attention to every detail.

10. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom?

Yes, we can do that but it will be an additional extra charge for every package, depending on the shipping. Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box. If you want us to send two or more packages, it will be best to place your order separately, so you can see also the price of the shipping. 

11. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day?
Because our system stores the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache has been cleared, the cart will be empty. If you can’t finish order in one time, just add it to wish list and add them to cart when you can finish order.


13. How do I cancel my order if I haven't paid the money yet?

You can contact us at and confirm us the order number and the cancelation. Than we will cancel from our admin for you. If you still don't make payments in 45 days and the orders will be automatically closed. If you paid and still want to cancel the order, place send us an e-mail in 24 hours after ordering. Please notice that we will not ship the package until payment receipt.

1. What are the currency and the corresponding exchange rate?

Every currency can be exchanged to CHF. So if your primary currency is not CHF, you can still pay us CHF in Paypal, Moneybooker, to our account or through Western Union.
The exchange rate varies with the payment terms you use. PayPal has its own exchange of rate. Money sent by Western Union will be exchanged according to the exchange rate of the day when it is collected. Bank transferred payment will be exchanged to standards of your bank.

The refund will be done in the currency you placed the order. As Gloria Agostina operates in CHF, the CHF Amount of the original order is the baseline for the refund. Exchange rate is all the time based on a daily basis and chosen by the refund method regarding your Payment Service Providers Paypal, Moneybookers, Bankwire.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal / Bank transfer / Western Union/ Moneybooker (similar to Bank transfer, but more convenient). You may see the details here: at section About the Payment. 

3. Can I Pay For My Order By Credit Card?
Yes, but you have to use PayPal. Payment by using credit card cannot be proceeded if it can't go through PayPal. We can't accept credit card payments directly without PayPal. PayPal offers a secure method to send money from your credit card without telling online shops your credit card numbers.

4. How Does Paypal Work, generally speaking?
Using Paypal you have several choices:
1.send money from existing credit on your Paypal account (if any);
2.send money from a credit card: the amount is drawn from your credit card and sent directly to the recipient's Paypal account;
3.send money from a debit card/ bank account: the amount is sent directly to the recipient's Paypal account.
Please note that Paypal will probably charge you certain commissions when "uploading" money, so please check on their site for real information about their services.
Please be extra vigilant about possible fraud sites purporting to be the real Paypal site in order to harvest your information. Don't click on links to "paypal verification" emails as they are always 'fishing'.

5. How do I know my payment has been received?
When the payment has been received, will send an automatic message informing you. You can also go to website and login to your “My account ”, and check the order status on “Confirmed, Paid”. If you login in your Paypal account, you could see the same amount of money as order has been deducted from your Paypal account.

6. What is the Exchange Rate if I pay by Western Union?
Money sent by Western Union will be exchanged according to the exchange rate of the day when it is collected. The amount we receive might be slightly different from that you send as exchange rate keeps changing. And the buyer is responsible for fees charged by bank or post office for the remittance operation.

7. Why does my credit card payment fail? 
Payments by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly.
The following reasons account for most cases of credit card payment failure:
A. The amount of payment exceeds credit limit – the max daily spending on Gloria Agostina for a single credit card is CHF 3000. 
B The billing address is inconsistent with your credit card address. 
C. Different users are found to have used the same credit card.
D. Your credit card may not support online transactions.
E. Your credit card may not support 3D security verification.

8. Why is my order status still "unpaid"?
Normally, the online payment such as credit cards or Paypal is instant. However, PayPal e-check may need 3-5 business days to be confirmed by Papal.
It will take about 1--4 business days to confirm the payment when you use any offline payment method such as bank transfer or western union. Before the payment received by Gloria Agostina, your order status is "Unpaid”. You may also submit the offline payment information through Email ASAP.


9. Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?
Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charging you in the process. That’s because, if the bank in which you make payment has no business relationship with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If that happens, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay.


1. What carrier company can we choose when ordering?
We have DHL, Swiss Post, Fed Ex, UPS. You could choose the most appropriate shipping method for your order.

2. How are the shippings costs calculated?
The delivery cost depends on on the weight of the product, the worldwide shipping free barrier of 96 CHF, shipping method , delivery destination and other aspects. We suggest you to choose one that best meets your demands.

3. How long will it take to get my order?
After your payment confirmed by Gloria Agostina, we have a processing time for your items. We are required to ship out the order by an unchangeable deadline (referred to as "shipment deadline”). But due to bad weather, items out of stock, invalid information provided by buyer, and other unexpected reasons, we have to prepare an order for 2---3 days. Usually the order will arrive at destination in 2-9 days working days. 

4. Do you ship the item to my country? 
Normally, the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. There we suggest you to contact us at to make sure whether items can be shipped to your country using a specific shipping method.

6. How do I change my shipping address?
There are two situations for your changing address. If you have confirmed your order but have not paid for it, we could change the shipping address according to your requirements while the shipping fee changing automatically. For the situation of having paid for you order, we can add/deduct some amount of money suitable for your new address. You will pay the balance directly to our PayPal account if your new address charges more. On the contrary we will credit the balance to your Member Account in our website.


7. How soon will I receive my items after my order placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your items. Firstly, Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping method. For example: DHL, UPS and Fedex takes 2-9 working days while Swiss Post take 3 working days for Switzerland. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. Secondly, Item processing time: There are different processing times for items. Average processing time is 1 working day for many items, however, this varies according with item’s in stock status. Also, delivery may be delayed for holidays or natural accidents.


 8. After I received my item, I found it was damaged. How should I resolve the problem?

If the item were damaged during shipping, you can claim the compensation from the shipping company or reject to sign the parcel. 
If the item itself is defective, you should take photos and email us the situation, then we will give you a satisfactory solution. More details you find it in section refund and returns policy Terms and Conditions. 

9. Does the product price include shipping cost?

You need to pay the shipping fee for orders, for every order. If you place an order for more than 96 CHF the shippings costs are included and you receive worldwide free shipping

Customer clearance

1. There are any extra charge from you?
We would not charge extra fee other than actual retail price and corresponding shipping fee. Meanwhile, we would not be responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include Custom tax. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding custom taxes, but because of  the complexity of different countries’ Custom tax policy, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax. VAT it’s included already in the retail prices for all sales in Switzerland. In foreign countries, for all shipments outside Switzerland will be no deduction of VAT.

In case of a product return: Note by hand in capital letter the following two words "Schweizer Rückware" on the package. This is important for custom matters. If not noted custom fees for returned products will be deducted from the refunded amount

2. If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for?

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties that will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.

3. How Much Tax Do I Need To Pay?

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but Gloria Agostina can't give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from us. In most countries the CO is not important, only the declared value of the goods and declared contents are relevant. Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order.
