After you place our order and we received the payment, we will ship the merchandise to you as fast as possible. Normally your order will arrive within 2-9 business days. The time for shippment can vary, depending if the products are in stock or not as well it depends on the shipping destination and customs. We do not deliver on public holidays. There are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!
Most orders local as well as international are shipped with Swiss Post. Meaning if you life outside of Switzerland the Swiss Post will transport the good to the border and hand it then over to a local carrier. If you’d like to use other Express Post service, please contact our online customer service for further details.
The cost of your delivery will appear automatically when you proceed the order, please notice that there are different charges for the shipment, it’s also including the wrapping. To some products you will see the difference, most shipping cost not only according to package weight, but also the size. And sometimes there's additional charge. So package weight is only for reference and the final shipping cost is subject to system calculation.
If you place an order for more than 86 CHF we offer a worldwide free shipping.
If the item were damaged during shipping, you can claim the compensation from the shipping company; contact the carrier who delivered the package. We are not responsible for damage during the transportation. Delivery to carrier shall constitute delivery to carrier to buyer, and thereafter risk of loss or damage shall pass to buyer or carrier. Any claim regarding to damage occured during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the carrier. Any claims by buyer against our company for shortage or damage of the products, must be made within two days after receipt the goods and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by carrier.
If the item itself is defective, you should take photos and email them to us. Products which are demonstrably damaged by Gloria Agostina will be replaced with any other costs. Damages which are based on transportation failure, improper handling or any other reason will not be refunded by us.

Please inform us by e-mail about the problem within 7 days to email@example.com and return the item in 10 days after reception. Please email your order number, images of the defective product and description to our Customer Service. Make sure that the products must be in original conditions when return to us and in original wrapping and packing. A copy of the purchase receipt must be enclosed with the goods, if you don’t have it, please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it for you. IMPORTANT: Note by hand in capital letter the following two words "Schweizer Rückware" on the package. This is important for custom matters. If not noted Custom fees for returned products will be deducted from the refunded amount. Your right of return does not apply to custom-made, evening gowns, wedding dresses, 10 % or more sales, or used items. If you have more questions we will advise you how to do it. You will be responsible for all the cost of the transportation, and fees of the products, will be covered by your side and taken in calculation of the refund. We will refund you the money for the returned products. Gloria Agostina guarantees to offer you all the time the best quality price relation for all of our products. The quality of our products is corresponding to their price level. Products that remain to the post or the custom or are not picked up are non refundable.

If you want to cancel your order and you already paid, we will refund you the money, all the fees are supported by your side.
If you want a partial refund for out of stock products, we will refund you the money.
If you want a partial refund for returned products, we will refund you the money. All the cost regarding the transportation, and other fees, will be covered by your side.
If you received different item(s) than you originally ordered and want to have it replaced with the correct item, please send us an email to email@example.com with the picture of the wrong item. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product and send the correct item back to you. Please ship the wrong item back to us, through the national post of your country, rather than couriers like DHL, UPS which may cost much more.
When you send the item back to us, please choose payment method “Payment by receiver”. This way the transportation costs will be covered by our side. Please make sure that the wrong item it’s not used, and has original package and label. If we find that there is nothing wrong with returned items, we will promptly ship them back to you.
If you don’t want to the correct item shipped back to you, please announce us through an e-mail, and after we receive the items, and see they are not damaged and everything came in the original package, we will send you the money back guarantee 100 %.
Custom and tax
We don't add taxes, or other hidden charges. VAT it’s already included in our product prices. The price payable appears on the checkout page, the price of the items and shipping cost. However, in most countries in the world you have to pay the VAT and other taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not include taxes. The rules are different in every country, and sometimes rather randomly. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not offer advice about taxes in your country. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from Switzerland. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to repay it. If you sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us. If you find out legal information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.
In order to avoid custom duty in several Countries(like:Poland, Germany, Spain, Czech, Slovakia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Philippines and Malaysia), we make CO (certificate of origin) for our clients if order amount (net goods) is above 1000 CHF.We will put the CO into the package, and send it together with the goods.
