1. Order steps

You may follow the order procedure:

Search the items you want by keywords or categories. You can search an item by item name, item keywords, item description, and product code.

If you want to buy this item, Click "Add to Cart" for the products you want to order, then Click “Cart” and you will be redirected to shopping cart listing page, here you can see all the items you want to order, press “Next”  

If you’re status is Sign in you can place your username and password, confirm all other information’s c confirm order information and shipping address needed. Please check again, if the package arrives by wrong consignee information. We are not responsible; we will not chargeback the transport or the price products for wrong consignee. If we write wrong address information but you leave a correct one, then we will refund you fully including the shipping fee and products price. The consignee information’s are address, room, street, street number, district, city, canton, country, postal code, telephone number, name, best hour of delivery, press than “Next”

Select the shipping method and press “Next”

Select the payment method. After you confirm all the information you will be redirected directly to payment link if you use Paypal. After you cleared payment if use Paypal to pay, the system will update your order as “paid” it means we received your money and start your preparing your order.

If you pay through Western Union, UBS Bankaccount, Money Bookers or other methods please send us your payment information’s at office@gloria-agostina.com.

2. Out of Stock items

If you don’t have an account to our website press “Next” and then you will be redirected to registration page, were you can create a new account.

There are two situations with out of stock items:

1A (Replacement) If you placed already the order, and through a special situation we don’t have the product in stock (this can happened very rarely only in special cases) we will contact you for the out-of-stock items in 1-2 days after payment received, and you can make replacement with another product and we'll recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your balance account for later use. If you want, we can also refund to your UBS Bankaccount, Paypal, Moneybooker, or your credit card account, the difference of the amount.

1B (Shipment later) Or you can option for shipping the product when it’s in stock, because we restock to every three weeks.

1C (Refund out of stock items) If you don’t want the out of stock items anymore (one or more items) and you want us to return the money, please write us an email at office@gloria-agostina.com. We will refund you the money for the canceled products.

2A If the items are not in stock while you visit our website you can’t “add it” in you cart, but you can click “book it”. Through this procedure you book the specific item, with your right size, and we will ship it to you with a previous announce before it will be in stock, and ship it to you afterwards. In this way you can book the item and receive it faster, because same of the products are custom made by our designer.
